The agreement that governs your use of the SpiRestro platform and all related services.

By creating a SpiRestro account or using any part of our platform, you ("Partner" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SpiRestro. These terms apply to restaurant owners, their staff accounts, and any entity using the platform on their behalf.

You retain full ownership of all restaurant data you enter into SpiRestro (menus, orders, customer details, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this data solely to operate the platform. We do not use your operational data for advertising or sell it to third parties. On account closure, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpiRestro and SpireHubs Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly.
We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
