Account information: When you register, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and restaurant details.

Transaction data: Order amounts, payment method type, billing cycle, and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by Razorpay.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and IP address.

Restaurant operational data: Menu items, table configurations, order history, staff accounts, and inventory — all data you voluntarily enter into the platform.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the SpiRestro platform
  • Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
  • Send service notifications, feature updates, and support responses
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • Generate anonymised, aggregated analytics to improve our product

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Razorpay — to process subscription and one-time payments securely
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS) — to host and store platform data

All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data in line with this policy.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and operational data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
